Oumolat Security Printing LLC ethical practice is also supported by the framework of the Banknote Ethics Initiative. This standard provides the foundation to promote ethical business practice across the business and supports its activities throughout the banknote industry.

The BnEI standard, specifically focusses on the prevention of bribery and corruption and aids compliance with anti-trust laws. Accredited members of the BnEI Initiative are required to commit to the BnEI Code of Ethical Business Practice. Compliance is verified by licenced third party certification bodies through vigorous audit processes that reviews the business policies, procedures, and processes. Oumolat Security Printing utilizes the services of KPMG, a leading company in the field of corporate responsibility assurance and business ethics.

Raising Concerns
Oumolats employees are encouraged to speak up about any concerns regarding behaviours or business practices. Internal reporting via line managers, senior management, or human resource is encouraged.
